Since I'm going to my aunt's place...her homemade fettuccine. For me the spread doesn't matter, its about the Fam!

The usual items you get to eat on my favorite holiday of the year!

What I do is eat nothing and make myself very hungry hours before the big dinner. That way I savoir ever bite.

I don't care about Thanksgiving. To me, it's just another day.

I don't celebrate the massacre of the indigenous people.

Instead, I will be going down to Rosarito, Mexico, with family and quading with my bros.

I've already brought home over 80 pounds of sweet potatoes. They won't be $0.25/lb for much longer, and I like them.

Also I don't really participate in thanksgiving because I'm a vegetarian, unlike the rest of the family.

I hate turkey with a passion. (All those years of having turkey leftovers for months...yeah. ). So, Cornish Hen for me! I'm not a big eater anyway. I never understood the whole concept of stuffing oneself. Maybe I'm just super weird!

Lol, don't remind me of those turkey sandwiches, soups and casseroles and some times just plain turkey, but
the last few Thanksgiving's I went out to restaurants...so my turkey tolerance is up this year.

If we have leftovers, I also make turkey pot pie, turkey chow mein, Vietamese stew with turkey...etc. I learned how to make turkey not taste like turkey using spices, oils, and sauces...but if we ever do have leftovers, it's never for more than two days, and everyone fights for them anyway. That is one of my talents, cooking. Unfortunately I sometimes hate the prep work/planning and with a burning passion hate the clean up.

Turkey chow mein? I need get a cook book because that sounds really good.

Turkey.
I'm doing a few legs in peanut sauce with corn starch and curry powder.

Nothing like eating America's other national bird.
