So I just happened to come across a petition that proposes funding research of domestic cat girls. It obviously doesn't take a genius to realize that this is a joke.

I'll sign it. Not really cool on the whole "for domestic use" thing. However, I love cats, and I love girls. Cat girls means double the love. I will take a Siamese cat girl; my Siamese cats are the most affectionate critters I have ever seen or had.

Hahahaha, this gave me a good laugh. One day... One day we shall have cat girls... And when that day comes, I shall stock up on all the world's tuna and milk. Then they will all come to me! Mwahahaha... Sorry, lost my cool for a minute there... It's back, we're good.

Lol, that's a nice, and pretty geeky, joke petition. Though, I'd try something closer in genetic relations to humans first.

Anyone want to start up a human rights for catgirls campaign? Nyan, nyan, equal rights! Mew, mew, Nekomimi are peole too!

I knew a guy in high school who wanted to give everyone a tail. He was crazy smart and could probably do it. This petition isn't as crazy as half the stuff FedGov spends money on. For example

The National Institutes of Health spent approximately $442,340 to study the behavior of male prostitutes in Vietnam

A professor at Stanford University received $239,100 to study how Americans use the Internet to find love. So far one of the key findings of this "research" is that the Internet is a safer and more discreet way to find same-sex partners.
