In addition to what has already been said, I will add Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, Humanity has Declined, Katanagatari, and Mawaru Penguindrum. Basically, if you just add a "this show is 99% dialogue" genre, things seem to fit quite nicely. The previously stated "mindfuck" genre is described pretty well if you just mix and match some existing genres.
