As far as voice actors and actresses go there are tons of great ones. A lot of them can sing too. Who are your favorites?
Yui Horie "Hocchan": Love Hina, Fruits Basket, Fairy Tale, Vampire Knight and loads more.
Yuki Kaji: Magi, Black Butler, Ao No Exorcist, etc.

but I guess its not too similar after all.
Anyway, the words "voice actor" alone can be refered to the american voice actors. Although the meaning is the same for seiyuu , I use the word seiyuu when I am talking about the japanese voice actors.The seiyuu school have singging and acting lessons for their training and most of the popular and pretty ones gets a music deal most of the time.
I think Kaji kun has one of the pretty male voice out there, love his singing voice but all of his role just want his regular voice though.Miyano san has a very good singing voice too and he has good range and an ekimen too ha ha ha.Kaji kun is more cute .
My first favorite voice actor would be Vic and then Yuri and then Johnny and then |

I simply adore Miyuki Sawashiro's acting and singing voice. In her roles and her songs, she has such a distinctive "cool" yet cute sound. She's awesome.
I don't know too many male voice actors that can sing, though. Or american voice actors that can sing, either.

I love Nana Mizuki
She is absolutely amazing, and I love the different voices she voices, but they sound so different!
Nana Mizuki: Shugo Chara's Utau, Dog Days' Rico, Naruto's Hinata, Rosario + Vampire's Moka, Heartcatch Precure's Cure Blossom.
I love her songs as well!

I saw Vic at Anime Expo in Los Angeles 2 years ago. He did an amazing concert and surprised all of us in the audience. It was standing/open room and we were all focused on the stage and he's singing, but no one's there. All of a sudden my friend is going 'Look! Look!' and he's singing right behind us and grabbing our hands to welcome us. <3
