I used to sleepwalk to the bathroom when I was little. I also sleep talk and lately been experiencing sleep paralysis when I sleep talk, so I am fully aware that I'm talking but I have no control over what I'm saying and then I will just fall back to sleep. The last time I experienced this I for some reason needed to apologize to a woman, but I don't know why since I was only awake when I said that part. I also sometimes twitch in my sleep or will twitch as I'm falling asleep. I once twitched while cuddling with my boyfriend, which woke him up because he thought I had another bad dream. Sometimes I will sleep completely still and other times I'll wake up to find the blankets everywhere. I also will cuddle in my sleep and can sometimes be a bed hog.
So yeah, that's just about everything I might possibly do in my sleep  |

I don't know how often it happens as I sleep alone (I don't think it's very often though), but sometimes I say odd things. My mom told me that once I sat up in bed, asked, "Where are the fries?", and after she answered me I smiled and laid back down. I have no idea.

1. I punch things in my sleep
2. I kick things in my sleep
3. I snore and I drool
4. Sleeptalking about weird stuff. My brother said he heard me say in my sleep "Mmhfm zombies everywhere"
5. I also fall off my bed a lot when I have that falling feeling while I'm sleeping
6. I think I sleepwalk too. I went to sleep in the living room and woke up one day on the floor in my room

sleeping,kicking and drooling are normal stuff that people do in their sleep. i don't do any of those. Weird thing is that I always find myself rubbing my own body when I wake up.

When i wake up and start sleep walking and talking my brother and father do little things to make me look stupid. Pointing at there hands and saying ''blue, yellow'' for example and they like seeing my reaction. I faked it one time and when they started doing it i told them '' who looks like the dumb ones, youre yelling colors to your hands. ZING''

My mom once told me I talk loudly sometimes...
My brothers have also heard me moan...(wierdo, right?)
And sometimes I fall asleep on my arm, have a nightmare, wake up terrified, and with out any feeling on the arm I fell asleep on.... |

my cousin always tells me that i talk when i sleep. it scares me because sometimes my dreams aren't so pg-13. .. some things just happen

one time i dreamt i throwing a rock into the sea....
when i woke up i saw my cellphone on the floor and it was in pieces...
i threw my phone while i was sleeping thinking it was the rock that i threw into the ocean...

Well, my family has told me I sometimes talk in my sleep.
I also have dreams within a dream, false awakenings and lucid dreams.
