Spend it all on getting anime & manga published directly in europe, anime channel, having all major magazines ( JUMP etc, pretty much all Shueisha is doing ) published with less then a weeks delay, fully translated into english.

Popular manga volumes translated into national languages etc.

Anime ,i'd never think about dubbing it, only subbed and preferably on 1 channel accessible from all of europe. DVDs can come with dubbed etc

But hey! I dont play lotto cuz i dont really want that kind of money ^^

If the government doesn't tax a lot from me, I'd be able to use the money to help out people like I dreamed of, including family. Invest wisely, and probably not spend much after that.

Invest. Blowing all the money is what many have done and end up worse off. I'd make wise investments and donate to the charities of my choice. The thing I want to do most is mystery money. Like leave a waitress a $500 tip, or anonymous donations, or randomly throwing money in someone's mailbox.

If I won I would probably get around 350 million when they get through taxes and such. After I got the money I would donate 200 million to a better cause. Probably the orphanages around New York state. Then with the remainder I would travel the world then settle down in Tokyo. But this is just my convoluted dream.

After tax I would pay off my student loans to give myself a second chance to maybe not waste a lot of money. And then donate the rest to various charities so that maybe someone else could have a chance.

Buy the closest GameStop near me so I can have all the games. Get me a pretty big but not over-sized house. Get me a few maids and butlers to take care of me while I rot in my room playing videogames all day. The rest I'll give some to charity and put the rest in savings.

Yeah if I was rich I'd become this from all the games I get lol

After taxes, I would put 150 in CD or high interest bank accounts, 100 invested in the stock market, I would then divide the remaining money into 2 bank accounts, one for random spending on whatever, go on a spending spree, give money away, travel around the world some more, w/e. Definitely would not buy a house, would buy a really nice apt. I have never been a big fan of houses.. Then once I spend half of the money, i would significantly slow down my random buying of what i wanted and would use the other half to maintain my life style as is.

At 550 million this moment - a single winner would receive about 45%-47% of the advertised amount (cash value comes out at about 65% of shown amount, then tax that). That's 250 million stinking dollars yo

Firstly - kill the cycles of poverty that have afflicted my loved ones, as well as seek extensive legal advice on how to avoid being sued as much as possible. Present each of my close friends and loved ones (there's not a lot, maybe 15 - 20 people altogether) with updated transportation vessels, electronic gadgetry, wardrobes (if so desired), and some with homes (parents, siblings, a close friend). Provide my parents, a few best friends, and a couple of my siblings with retirement allowances (about 50k each, annually, deposited in 1/12 monthly amounts).

Secondly - have my accountant (a close friend) help me set up a mixed portfolio for a large chunk of the funds (200mil maybe?) with 50% drawing interest from a savings account (minimal 1% annual interest - which is a mil a year in interest) and the other in a mix of mutual funds and bonds, maybe a tiny amount in successful stocks (drawing in between 2%-4% interest annually altogether - or about another 2 to 4 mil). With that much in interest, I can fund the retirement of the people listed prior (10 people would be 500k a year, just a dent in the 3 to 5 mil coming in) as well as live a adventurous lifestyle.

Thirdly - meet with specialists and scout out areas where I may like to have my main home built; that's right, a castle. A 60,000 sq ft castle can be built on about $400 a sq ft - so about 20 million dollars for the castle, plus purchasing the land (needs to be a decent size plot of land), another 5 million or so for upgrades to make it technologically advanced, and I'd have started knocking out part of my dream. The castle would take approx. 2 years to build and another 6 months to fully furnish with all my desires. A game room - no for real, a 3D game section with an omnidirectional treadmill and sophisticated gaming station, the largest Smart TV and highest quality Smart Surround Sound System I can find with cubbies nearby that host most of the game consoles from my youth and on. Several modern arcade games with it's own section, and a chill-out area section where my friends/family and I can, you know, chill... And a decent bar stocked with all sorts of goodies.

Fourthly - Travel the world, and try to knock out some college while I'm at it. Though I would attempt to get into Stanford, MIT, or whichever renowned school would have me for a semester, then travel during my time off, and maybe try to take a semester abroad each year, maybe. But I want to log some time getting to know other cultures, pick up some language, and see all of the wonders of the world.

Fifthly - Stay in close contact with regards to technological advancements in Bionics, Biomechatronics, Advanced Prosthetics, and Anti-Aging Elixirs. Should anti-aging elixirs fail, then I would slowly begin to have my body parts replaced when they started failing (perhaps when I hit my forties). Though becoming a cyborg seems a little sketchy, I wouldn't mind replacing as much of my body as is necessary to continue living as I'd like. Perhaps, by the time I'm 60 or older, they will have made enough advancements to start replacing sections of my brain - which is the overall end-goal. Once my brain is replicated over to a chip, perhaps I can link it with a quantum computer to increase my computative powers dramatically. With it I could simulate whatever world I wanted using my imagination and its processing power, and I wouldn't be required to sleep or have a full body once my brain's been converted over. I would seek to design a more efficient vessel to transport myself with. Hopefully my powersource would be a tiny anti-matter engine or a small fusion core. After several hundred years passed by, if we haven't destroyed ourselves yet or faced a (insert end of the world event) yet then I'd seek to have a large vessel crafted so that I could travel into outer space. In that time we're likely to have found some earth-like planets, but unlikely would have long enough lifespans (except me xD) to visit them. So I'd attach myself to my new starship-vessel-kabob and charter a scientific journey of discovery to one or more of those said earth-like planets. Once there, two scenarios play through my mine; either I find intelligent life and hopefully have the capacity to communicate with them by picking up their language quickly by use of my stellar brain-chip/quantum comp thingy, and we proceed to communicate and share knowledge of the universe with one-another, and perhaps I learn some cool stuff from them - or - I find no intelligent life and start cataloging the different species of life that I find there and determine how they've been evolving. After spending a few thousand Earth-years there, maybe I'd grow tired and move on to the next planet in hopes of encountering intelligent life. And so on and so on.

Sixthly - come back to Earth one day, and realize that millions of years have passed since I left (due to the slowing down of time as you get closer to the speed of light - traveling in space at great speeds cause time to bend and: while one min may pass on my vessel, a year may have passed on Earth). Homo Sapiens have all devolved into a strangely ignorant race that thinks me a god when they see me. I tell them I am and show them the basics of how to build, wield fire, and craft tools. I give them language and have them wear clothes. Then I have them build large stone landing stations that look like pyramids and other strange things. I unite them together and assist nature's way by having them take ideals that I think would suit them, such as only entering into gay marriage and only mating with the opposite sex when children are needed - have them all believe that only the most intelligent people will be allowed into my paradise, so that everyone pursues knowledge and education instead of self-blinding brobdingnagian cock-goblin stories. I'd show them how to make a calender that reads far into the future, but ends one day several thousands of years later upon my return from studying another planet or resting in space with my alternate-reality imagination continuously flowing from one DMT sensation to the next. When I come too, I'll be in my bed and realize I haven't won the Powerball and that it was all just a fancy dream... Sad day...
