It was taken back when I worked as the Alaskan Supreme court security guard.....

(Trust me when I say this, it sounds like an awesome job, but it is like super easy, super boring. Even when people did bring guns. Which actually made the days SLIGHTLY more bearable. This one time, this lady asked which courtroom she was supposed to go to. She was heading to a divorce thing. She brought a 9mm in her purse. Oh man that was fun. )

....We were having trouble getting people to comply with "Take your damn coats off and place into this grey bin to be scanned" rule. So much so that people have been arrested for disorderly conduct in the courthouse.
So I went home, spent a good hour getting this picture JUST right.

Made a new ID badge with the name Bubba on it. and the subtitles "Yhea, THAT bubba you kept hearing about in prison."

Worked like a god damn charm. People complied.

There's a lot of things that can make a girl blush, feel embarrassed, or self-conscious.

A pretty straightforward one I've found is just giving them your focused, undivided attention, especially when they're not expecting it. I can't mention how many times I've been at a party or at a restaurant, or hanging out with a group of friends, and a girl was trying to make her voice heard. She'll be telling some anecdote or story and most of the people happen to be engaged in separate conversations or happen to not notice, her voice is trailing off slowly as she realizes she's being overpowered by more "lively" charismatic people in the circle, and you're the only one listening to what she's saying and smiling reassuringly.

People appreciate that, no one wants to be ignored or talked over. When I do that, people tend to blush and smile shyly.

Physical touch, like holding a girl's hand, can make her blush.

Tell a dirty joke. That usually gets you a red smiling face covered up by 2 palms.

So i think this crowd might be the wrong type to ask this question. Just saying most of these answers tell me they have no idea what girls think are cute. That and most people don't actually have a clear definition for the word.

As for what is cute it depends on the girl. Some might find something like hello kitty branded stuff cute. Others might find kitties, babies, etc.. cute but it mostly depends on the person.
