Can someone please look into my account? I've prepaid for All-Access and my status is still showing Anime only! I've sent two support emails and have yet to get a response. How hard is it to change a membership status? really? Thanks! |

anime all access So what your saying is, I have to wait until the anime membership expires before all-access kicks in? Doesn't make sense since All access should take precedence over anime only. |

Interesting, I honestly didn't see that option when purchased the deal. In either case I'm not worried much about the extra time, I'd rather watch some drama, than deal with this drama haha.
