Well, I can't actually get it to load your message but I wanted to give you a response as fast as possible anyway. I assume you are asking about why you can no longer pay with sms. There was a problem with the system overpaying people and until they get that bug fixed they plan on keeping the system disabled. They did not give an ETA for it, but I am sure they are doing their best to get it back up and running as soon as possible.
