CR would totally make more money, as Japanese manga producers were trying to push it so that you have to have the license to do so and still are, sites that are doing it illegally would eventually shut down like how CR had to take down all those user uploaded anime a long time ago and a lot other sites took down their uploaded anime in panic.

Wow I did not expect this... Though at first I thought CR would be putting up mangas for readers to read instead of users making them, but this sounds like a cool idea. I wonder if there is a possibility that we can read mangas in CR like in other online platforms? (like what CR is doing for animes)

Ye of little faith, give them some credit for introducing this feature. It will expand the use of this site to another avenue. It will give people a creative outlet for their comics that they create and introduce to other people artist who need more exposure. It is a win-win just getting started. After all this is not a cup of instant ramen have patience. I was a member before it was legit and it has grown into a awsome site reguardless of the nay sayers. This is just another wonderful feature.

I love the idea, but have two problems. First is that I can't seem to get to the comics without a handy link. It would be best if you all allowed us to access them via queue or shows tab. Second, either my internet is derping or something is wrong with loading the pages. I can't see some of the comics you have posted, namely Convergence. I'm sure this is on my end, but if other people seem to have this problem, lets be sure to point it out so we can make CR better!
Edit: To those of you who don't want to look foolish, some of the comics read left to right, instead of right to left. Hope that helps prevent some anger toward Crunchyroll.

Flash huh? Reading the comics pegs one of my CPU cores to 100% and the page lags. I understand you guys need some sort of DRM but the reader needs a lot of optimization unless that's the best Flash can do.
