The Wind Waker for certain! I've always been confused by people's love of Ocarina of Time. Perhaps it's because it was the first 3D game in the series, or alternatively, because it was the first game in the series that many people played. Quite honestly though, I'd say it's somewhere in the middle quality wise.

Twilight Princess is a close #2 to Wind Waker as well.

Majora's Mask is my favorite, but some of my other favorite ones are Ocarina of time, Link to the past, and minish cap.

@Brookchan I think one reason so many people like Ocarina the most is because it has a good story, gameplay, great replay value, and nostalgic for people. Also one problem with more recent zelda games that people dont put ahead of it is the use of some gimmicks that hurt the gameplay more than improve (ex. using the touchpad for the ds titles, using the wii mote for skyward sword)

A Link to the Past for me. I remember putting the game in the SNES for the first time back in the day and being blown away by the game. From the rain effects in the beginning down to exploring that version of Hyrule for the first time. The sheer fact that game had a light/dark world mechanic blew me away too. I couldn't believe that after defeating Agahnim the game transported you to another world with even more dungeons to complete. Just something about this Zelda, it never ages for me. Even though I've beat this game more times than I can remember, I can still put this game in and be transported to a simpler time in games and get engulfed in the story/gameplay all over again. Truly a classic.

I'd have to pick between Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword.

This is a hard question. I'd probably have to go with Wind Waker, though.

mines wind waker without a doubt, it was just so unique and beautiful, and i didnt get confused and stuck and frsutrated like i did in OOT, it was so simply incredible and was such a special game since it was a big risk, but i think the risk paid off, adn i love it. cant wait for the remake coming (:
