actually I'm friends with my previous Ex......it was decided that we were better friends than a couple..... I just recently went to Vegas with her. and it didn't seem weird at all sharing a hotel room with her either.... I had a moment where I thought it was going to feel weird when the lights were off and both of us was in the hotel bed... but I remember being way to exhausted to do anything and on top of that I didn't feel obligated to do anything with her either. but yeah we went to a friends wedding out their and my friend invited us both... and we were like alright a vacation....its alright... but I'm trying not to hang around too much to her.. because I have another G/F now... and I don't want to complicate things anymore than it already is lol...;)
Thats good glad you can stay friends with your ex, me and my ex might stay friends. We still talk like normal now only thing is we are not dating and he still wants to hangout so who knows maybe we can stay friends.

No but really, I cry, I cry until I feel like I lost all my emotions, often times I'll just blame things on myself.
What I've done, which is something I do not suggest to do is I took shots of vodka and cried more.

its not easy if you find someone you truly care for and they breakup with you after dating for so long. Best bet is to take time you need, cry it all out, talk with friends/family, go out get your mind off stuff and do the best you can to move on but the love you felt for him wont just go away and you will never really get over that broken heart. One thing is for sure you will find someone one day that well love you for you and everything about you and take all your flaws and will never hurt you. So got to do your best and not to give up and keep going.

Turn up to beaty and/or rock music (Get distracted with how the singer's sing and play their instruments). Walk miles away when going home until exhausted. Run around the park. Play violent video games. Punch the wall. Get crazy with trusted friends. Strum guitar harder. Just jump. Remove everything that has something to do with ex. Confront your ex. Have peace of mind. |

I fine also music and games for me helps and helps keeps my mind off things. I am just taking it one day at a time, thats all I can do until I am feeling better again. |
