I reccomend downloading VIZ Media. But if you don't feel like paying for your manga, then you can get on the browser on your phone and search "MangaInn" Where you can read any manga for free. Mango is pretty awesome. Its apk file is downloadable only through the site because the creator changed the name and they removed it from google play. The free version is still virtually AD FREE!! so I recommend it

I use Viz for my Alpha subscription, but refuse to buy digital Manga because I am paranoid and think it may get taken away. (we don't have any digital rights of ownership) I buy paper print for anything I am going to financially support.
I use Mango for my digital or not in print needs.

id recomend manga watcher as i said above all you do is click download all or single chapter and it saves to your phone

I use MobiManga, but since I prefer not to read Manga on my phone, I can't really say much about anything else... But you can download stuff to read offline, and they have 3 or 4 sites to choose from, so it's pretty decent.
