What characters in Anime make you laugh?

Edward Elric from the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise. I love that he can be the most serious character in the entire series at times, but then turn into one of the most comedic. His "Short rants" are some of the funniest things I've heard, especially the ones from the 2003 series and whenever he makes fun of a superior officer, most notably Roy Mustang it's always funny. Vic Mignogna's voice was the perfect decision for the English dub and I'm just happy he was able to get the humorous sections perfect too.

For me I will have to go with the most recent and say Monkey D. Luffy. He can be such a moron sometimes it's hilarious, I really do entirely love his character.

They can be amusing and muster up a smile, but only ones I've found to make me LOL on more than one occasion are Gintama and Sket Dance. The character interaction in those can definitely make you laugh.
