Went to private school most of my life, and now that I'm in college I miss the uniforms... (T_T) They were so much easier, there was also no worrying about who was wearing what. But still, It's fun to be yourself with your own clothes (anime shirts galore! XD)

Both, I guess.
I was required to wear them in elementary and middle school, but there's no such dress code in high school.
I like being able to wear what I want, but it's definitely convenient not to have to worry about outfits and simply throw on a uniform.

Hard to say good or bad. I live in the US, never really had to worry about it. I guess it would be good for students to wear the same thing such as a school uniform, wouldn't put pressure on the kids to dress in the latest fashions.

Could be good or bad.
If I were to go to a private school, I wouldn't mind wearing a nice uniform.

I think it's good, especially when I remember how inappropriately the children were dressing at my old schools. It'll get rid of that fashion/cool status that idiots do and it get children to not focus on their clothes when they should be thinking about their work.

The only issue is paying for them since I've been told that's why many schools don't have uniforms, because it means the parents have to pay for them. Not entirely sure if that is true or not.

@Lycanthrope My school did pretty much the same thing my color was navy blue......and I think it depends on what the uniform looks like whether it is bad or good

I went to Primary School in Hong Kong and everyone has to wear them. Now I go to school in US, well college now.
I used to hate them but now I really miss wearing uniforms.
Pros:
not much "slutty" looking girls
don't need much casual clothing because you wear uniform 5-6 days a week
honestly, they look pretty damn cool (cooler if your school is prestigious)
Cons:
no originality
people know what school you go to (if it's shameful)
stuck with them most of your childhood life

We don't have to wear uniforms in Holland.
At least I think none of the schools here.

I never have went to a school where people would judge you by how expensive your clothes are, but for other kids who do get picked on for that sort of thing the uniforms would be a good thing.
