Did you read the spoiler? If you did and spend any time on the internet you should have gotten it.

Regarding 4-chan, no.
I did read the entire thing and near the end my imagination likes to take a hold of me I suppose.

I don't know if it was on 4chan I stole it from 9gag. It was originally a facebook post apparently. I just changed some details. http://9gag.com/gag/138443/

Yes is it is the same "Bel-Air" theme, so same basic idea. The principle is to come up with a long story or one that catches the readers attention then at the end roll out the lyrics to Fresh Prince. I had not seen the one you posted before. Not bad but not as much work as the original guy I ripped off. Looking at the date on the link (2006) you sent made me realize just how old that troll was. There are lots if you look some good some bad. The nastier the better though everyone gets drawn in by a story that makes the teller look bad. Thats when to spring your trap. Thanks for sharing the other link though. d(OvO)/

No matter how I try to improve myself, no matter how many times I succeed or fail at the things I do, I need only look around myself in order to feel useless. I have almost no faith in myself when it comes to doing things for people other than myself. It doesn't take much for you to realize what an insignificant speck you are in the face of all that is. Or, rather, I'd think it would be problematic if a person seriously contemplates his or her self-worth and still somehow manages to be condescendingly arrogant.

You could have all the faith in the world and be confident to the point of arrogance and, still, you wouldn't be able to change much about the world, whether you are aided by others or not. There's always that small possibility, but nothing is certain. And even if you DO change something, it will likely be something small in comparison to all that is. Eventually that, too, will be erased by the passage of time.

Your words resonate deeply within me; I feel the same way as you. Every time I make an improvement within myself, for a while, I feel like I should matter on a slightly grander scale. Like more should appreciate me. But I look around and see that I'm still trivial. But that's okay.

I really like the conclusion you've come to, however. Perhaps we are not the ones with possessing too little self worth, maybe it is those who overstate themselves who are too arrogant.

But I must ask you, what is the problem with not leaving a mark on the world?

I don't think there actually is a problem with leaving no significant mark on the world when you die. If you do, you do. If you don't, you don't. Either one can (arguably) be either good or bad.

My sanity feels like it's caught in madness's wood chipper. It keeps sucking more in, and I can't seem to get it unstuck ..

It's terrible. Sheogorath won't stop singing about how he's okay for being a lumberjack.

I have no secrets online since anyone can ask me anything and I will tell them. Offline though I pretty much try to keep every action I take a secret from everyone around me.
