Where did you hear that the author of Infinite Stratos died (or something)?
All I know is that the light novels were dropped by Media Factory (the publisher) so the series was temporarily suspended or something
I also heard that it was later picked up by Kodansha or something idk what exactly happened, maybe it's still under the cancelled status

The author of MM!, Akinari Matsuno, died. I don't think Izuru Yumizuru, the author of Infinite Stratos, is decreased though, his blog is still recently updated. Do research before saying people die, that's how rumors are spread.

Claymore:
If you've seen the anime ending, or read the ongoing manga, then you can probably see why i'd like this series to continue. It ends in a way that explains nothing and amounts to what is pretty much a non-ending. I understand that they were overtaking the manga and weren't being renewed but Claymore may have the most rushed ending to a series of any anime i've seen.

Kanamemo:
All I wanted was a cute, slice of life series with lesbians. Is that so much to ask? Evidently it is because Kanamemo ended after just 13 episodes and it seems highly unlikely to ever return in anime form. All things considered it ended really well, I just wish it kept going like some of the longer running slice of life series did.

Sasameki Koto:
Amusing problem with this series. The manga, which i'm still working my way through, annoys me because it just won't end (although evidently it finally has) while the anime ended 13 episodes in. I am most displeased.

Ouran High School host club... well I already finished the manga so it doesn't bother me that much that there isn't a second season. But the anime was definitely funnier than the manga, because you can hear the voice actors and see things in colour.

Lucky Star... I'm collecting the manga, but again... I just like seeing things in motion rather than on still frames.

D. Gray-Man... this anime was halted due to the manga chapters being released once a month. I wish it would continue.

Tegami Bachi Letter Bee: Pretty good show, it has a futuristic feel and fantasy feel which are perfect for my tastes, even though the main character is kind of annoying.

Haruhi Suzumiya, the first season was so epic that I started buying the Light Novels. However the second season was stupid because they made like 6 episodes the same (to stay true to the Light Novels) but this effect only worked in the Light Novels. The anime just killed that effect. Still I'd like to see a third season and more.

Full Metal Panic! I'm not really a mecha fan, but I can dig this show. I'd really like to know what's going to happen next without reading the light novels.


Sket-dance, a really good comedy for all ages. Would love to see more seasons.

I hadn't been keeping up with the MM! light novels but I liked the anime so hearing that the author had passed away was really sad last year
I need to go back and re-watch MM!

It's too soon to say we won't get another season yet since it was only released last season unless the sales were bad or something

The last 4 episodes of kokoro connect are coming out in march, for a total of 17 episodes.

Candidate for Goddess - It has issues, but it's unfinished state still bugs me after all this time.

Gundam X - Would have been nice to see this played out to it's originally intended 50 ep length.

Ghost in the Shell: Either more SAC or animate the Manga & Novels. More of the Major can't possibly be a bad thing.

Deadman Wonderland - yeah, it would be nice to have the whole thing animated.

Yes, I have them pre-orered but that only covers one more light novel. There are many more light novels to cover after Michi Random so I hope it gets another season. Long shot but that is my wish...
