Tomokazu Sugita for sure! Not because of Kyon but because of the obvious (from my profile pic) Gintoki! He can show so many emotions and voice so many different characters it's ridiculous. My other favorites would have to be Kana Hanazawa (A beast because she's in everything now) and Kana Asumi.
