A mistake I made in the game Ayakashi: Ghost Guild that cost me a good card. /grumbles
More seriously though, I'd make one of the last conversations I had with my grandpa before he died more meaningful. It was very awkward and uncomfortable, and I'd rather not have that be the last most prominent memory I have of talking to him.

I'm surprised noone has mentioned making some really long odds bets or buying shares.
But if t was a personal decision, then I'd change my first decision on my first day of work.

Yeeeeeah, I wouldn't change anything. Like, there's things I certainly wish hadn't happened to me and things I wish I hadn't done, but I'm sure everything works out for the best. No need to go back and change anything, really.
