The next Microsoft, Apple, and Samsung exist today. They may be trading today for pennies, but they are there. The next Apple may be 3D printing or shale oil technology or biotechnology or information distribution/storage (Facebook) or Netflix ... doesn't have to be a pure technology or hardware play.

I enjoy my life the way it is now. Sure i could invest in some company, but then i could possibly live somewhere else and not have the friends i have now.
