I extracted the SAO skin into the skins folder but it still says that they aren't. why not?

Ok I have fixed everything except for the fact that I can't seem to find the ini that houses all of the icons the guy has on the right side of his screen. I didn't do the photoshop thing yet, is that what it is?
Edit: I found it but it does not work completely right, also, I am missing some of the tabs on it that is shown in the picture.

I have norton, it can get picky when it comes to downloading things but I think i'll try it out later.

1 Norton is horrible, my parents have it and it has yet to block a virus X( that is literally my job when I come home from college lol. The only thing it blocks is cookies. Get mcafee or avast! or something else.
