Title pretty much says it all. There was a pending transaction posted today in my bank account. I was planning on canceling my membership before the next billing date, but it seems that I got charged before the due date. Can anyone help? My bank says they can't do anything until it actually posts.

You have not been charged a second time.
Our billing system does not automatically cancel a subscription at the beginning of the month if it is unable to pay.

Your Free Trial rolled over on 11/24 into a paid membership.
It only successfully collected payment for 11/23 - 12/23 today.

I have cancelled recurring payments on your account so you will not be billed again.

If payment was due at the end of the last month and is due at the end of this month, why did it try to take funds from bank account today? Does the subscription attempt to seize funds every single day or something?

You had a 30 day trial 10/24 - 11/23.

After that it rolled into a Premium Membership 11/23 - 12/23.

Here is what I'm showing from us trying to charge you:
2012/12/11:Approved
2012/12/05:Credit Floor
2012/11/30:Credit Floor
2012/11/25:Credit Floor
2012/11/24:Credit Floor

So basically you did not have room on the credit card until the 11th.

As I mentioned, I've turned off recurring payments so you will not be billed again further.

Also, this is probably not the best place to talk about your individual billing information.

If you need further assistance, please email me at [email protected]

-Baker
