I've been stereotyped by my choice in clothing/outfits a lot more than by my race(white).
Though there was one time I was, and it was a fairly understandable mistake that me and my friends laughed off.
I was at 6 flags in line to get on Superman with my 3 friends (who happened to be black). Behind us in line was 3 white kids (who talked and looked fairly nerdy, who even I would've assumed I was with) and I was standing between our group and the group behind us. The kid who let groups up onto the platform(who also happened to be black, but i'm pretty sure this would've happened no matter what race he was) stopped me from going up because he assumed I was with the white kid group behind me, when my friends realized I got held back they called back and the employee looked up at them, looked back to me "You're with them?"(In a fairly confused/shocked tone) "Yup" "... Go ahead"

Yup, made fun of/bullied because I was the only Asian (besides one other) in the whole school, surrounded by white people. This was a long time ago though, of course. 3rd grade-ish.

While shopping at True Religion (which is a somewhat high priced store if you didn't know) with a few friends. My friends and I were mistaken for a rappers because of or race by a European couple and asked to have our picture taken with them

Well I'm white so probably but I don't keep track or get all bothered by it.
I remember the first (and thankfully only) time I was accused of being racist. I was in middle school and I made a comment about how one of my black friends resembled another black person (I do this all the time with my friends). She got all mad and said, "What do we all look alike to you?" The implication completely went over my head at first so I stared at her like she was crazy and said, "No." I then realized what she meant and felt really bad that I had offended her and apologized. Then I thought, "Why would she even think that of me we are friends? Do I real come of as that big of a jerk?" I can't really blame her considering the area we live in (mostly old white rednecks) I'm sure she was used to being harassed.

It happens to me sometimes. Just because someone is from a Hispanic/Latino Ethnicity does not mean they are Mexican. I am Hispanic and I am mixed.
