Though it will hurt for a couple of days I will always end up with the conclusion "Oh well, more fish in the sea anyway"

I dunno...It took me 1 year to move on with my first boyfriend
but actually I didn't really move on...after the breakup we still had feelings for each other even though he dated another girl.
Now, he's actually my current boyfriend...we got back together so I couldn't really say how long it took for me to move on considering he was my first bf and first love.

In two days for me. More fish out there. I'm single and ready to mingle. Are you ready?

Like many people. I like to think I can be over it in less than a day. Why waste time loving someone who doesn't love you? But it never works out that way. keeping this mindset helps speed up the process, but it still hurts. Even if you know there are plenty of fish in the sea. So that being said. I believe it takes me a couple months to get back to 80%-95% over the whole ordeal, but I never get to 100% over it until I find someone else.

It really depends on how much the relationship meant to me. I honestly don't date at all since I'm usually absorbed in other things.

Honestly? It takes me years to move on from relationships. The longer I'm involved with a person, the harder it is for me to forget them. It's been four years since I've seen him (and three since I've talked to him) and I still think about the guy I was madly in love with in high school on a daily basis.

I hate people who pretend to be storng after a relationship. The whole "i don't miss you", and "i've already moved on"; such bs. Don't hold in your feelings, it will make it worse.
I havn't been seriously crushed because i havn't found a true lover. but i've dealt with my share of break-ups.

I have the relatively unhealthy ability to rapidly divorce any emotions from my decisions. I "get over it" in about a week or so, but occasionally things will remind me of that person - no sadness, usually just disappointment.

It depends. Right now I'm still recovering. It was just a bad breakup. It's been a few weeks. But I'm slowly getting over it.
