Specifically, that people still play the base vanilla maps! I will play a mod or two, but a pure map, as the devs made it, with enough players online to make it worth while, is harder to find then a sexually confused unicorn! Please! Revive my faith in humanity!

Now that's the Call of Duty I remember and they are still sitting on the game shelf. Do I still play them? Not really. I played CoD 1 with UO and CoD 2 until the discs had 3rd degree burns on them but then moved on to different game series after that. I haven't even tried any of the newer Call of Duty games... 2 was it for me. Hell, I don't even know if they will still work with my current PC. But, after seeing this thread, it makes me want to give it a try.

Sale on it ends in 39 hours though.
