Superman would be killed by Goku. Ash has pokemon, but he isn't really a fighter. Kirito would be able to defy logic and slice Nyan Cat up so badly all 8 votes would run in terror. Though Goku and Kirito is too much of battle that it's almost impossible to say.

Goku can turn into any super-saiyan an Kirito has his double wield ability along with the stats of an SAO character. He can regenerate his health while taking hits for years.
