What's your job and what do you do?

I work at a promotional company in the client care department. We set up the "Incentive Programs" for non-profit organizations. For example, if you participate in Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society and raise over $250, you receive a small incentive gift.
My company handles finding, manufacturing, shipping, and the logistics behind getting that gift to the participants.
I take the phone calls, and handle the billing for the non-profits.
Currently my job position is changing and I will be handling more of the inventory and item/program setup (yay, no more phone calls!).

We currently serve: Alzheimer's Foundation, Hydrocephalus Association, American Lung Association, Autism Speaks, National Psoriasis Foundation, Susan G Komen, Special Olympics (Polar Plunge, Law Enforcement Torch Run, and Over The Edge), Congenital Heart Association, and Melanoma Research Foundation (this list is not all inclusive).
