Any one suffer any rare disease
|
Not (that) rare, but I have Autism.
I am also selectively mute, meaning I can't bring myself to speak to most people - there are 5 people I can speak to. I can type this, and I text people all the time, but I never speak nor make phone calls - people do occasionally phone me up and I just stare at my phone wondering what to do with it. When I was a kid at school the teachers asked me questions like they did anybody else, only difference being I either scribbled my answer on a piece of paper and held it up or tried to mime/gesture the answer like I was playing a bad game of pictionary with the teacher... Wasn't funny at the time, but looking back it seems kind of funny. |

I suffer from two rare diseases, they are called "Common Sense" and "Proper Work Ethic"
But in all seriousness I don't suffer from anything, and I am thankful for that. All of you who do suffer from actual diseases, I hope you have a fast recovery or that you are able to live without pain. |

I have dyslexia, anxiety disorder, and genetic disorder called Neurofibromatosis. I have type 1 which is a condition characterized by changes in skin coloring (pigmentation) and the growth of tumors along nerves in the skin, brain, and other parts of the body. The signs and symptoms of this condition vary widely among affected people.
My case is fairly mild, but i have had five surgeries to correct some issues. Since the symptoms vary from person to person, I don't know where I will be in the next few years. Tumors(non-cancerous, so far) grow on my nerves. And nerves are everywhere, brain, eyes, spine., skin.. So super awesome how that might turn out. It's genetic so no cure yet. |

Your body is numb and takes around and hour or so to get all feeling back in your body after waking from more than 18 hours of sleep. I have no idea how rare it is, but I can assure you, I have never met anyone else diagnosed with this. Doctor said something about "sleep inertia." Anyways, "sleep inertia" is what I wrote down in high school as an excuse for being late. Sadly, I fall asleep randomly throughout the day, even while standing at work or when I'm in the middle of a conversation. ------------------------------------------------------------- That's amazing, man. You can sleep during a zombie apocalypse and totally survive it. For some reason the first thing that came to mind when I read this was The Walking Dead.. |

I'm about as normal as normal can get. Nothing to see here. Carry on.

People with RH negative blood type tend to have higher IQ and larger brains. Can you sometimes feel other people's emotions and communicate telepathically or predict the future?
