Hypersomnia, Severe.

I can sleep myself in a medical coma. Longest sleep at home with nobody around was 28 hours straight. Your body is numb and takes around and hour or so to get all feeling back in your body after waking from more than 18 hours of sleep. I have no idea how rare it is, but I can assure you, I have never met anyone else diagnosed with this. Doctor said something about "sleep inertia." Anyways, "sleep inertia" is what I wrote down in high school as an excuse for being late. Sadly, I fall asleep randomly throughout the day, even while standing at work or when I'm in the middle of a conversation.

Well I have a great fear of needles, kinda like a phobia, but it's not like fear

Everytime I see a needle piercing my body, or any other body, I just pass out, yeah I fall on the floor and can't move or think. Doctors told me that when the needle gets near my skin my brain triggers something that stop the flow of oxygen through my brain, so i just black out.

It's getting better now, if I'm laying down I just fell light headed. Yeah it's kinda strange, never seen someone like me, I don't think it's a phobia because it's not fear, I just like pass out I don't know doctors couldn't tell me what it is =/

Oh and yeah I have the ability to rust metals with my touch, yeah every metal that I touch daily rusts, doctors told me I have some kind of acid in my hand.

Strange things happen to my body so yeah

That's amazing, man. You can sleep during a zombie apocalypse and totally survive it.

It's not a disorder, but I have a extremely rare personality type. I am an INFJ according to the Myers-Briggs test. Only one percent of the worlds population have my personality. Among the male population the percentage is even lower. I have never come across anybody like me and you others will probably never will have as well.

Every time I take that test it comes out differently for me depending on my mood.

I have mild dyscalculia. It has worsened with age. I have trouble with things involving numbers in general. My mental calculation abilities used to be pretty good when I was in elementary school but it has degraded a bit since then. I can't do anything beyond simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division without having problems. As a side-effect, I also have problems attaching names to faces unless either of the two stands out a lot to me. If I meet new people, I have to see them many times until I'm able to attach their names to their faces. The same goes for street names. I get lost without my GPS and I still haven't attached names to most of the streets in my area, which I have been living in for the past 17 years.

I failed Algebra 1 once before barely passing with a C and have had a lot of trouble with nearly ALL math since junior high. I can literally study a single page of math and I will still not understand a single formula there after several hours, even if I was able to grasp a few concepts during study. I have to re-learn them or else I will forget before test time. The ONLY math class I had an easy time in was geometry. Perhaps because it allowed me to attach images to those numbers and formulas, making it a lot easier to orient myself.

I remember taking a climatology class last year and gazing across pages of formulas and numbers and I was literally freaking out. I couldn't make heads or tails of anything on the page and I was trembling. I had to drink alcohol and take a hot bath to calm down, and even then I had trouble sleeping afterward. I dropped that class the following day in a state of real panic.

Well, at least I'm a fairly decent reader and writer.

I've got that too, but worse (I still suck at multiplication and above). I think it has gotten better with age though.....or maybe its because I've just learned little tricks (keeping a notebook/planner) to deal with it (If I lost it I would be totally screwed). I can't even remember my mom's phone number or address. I use landmarks because I can't remember street names.

Hahaha, my doctor thought I was another case of a teenager looking for attention and trying to diagnose themselves with something. After I went to the local sleep house, which might not be common to have in a small town like mine, he was baffled by my readings. He said I was medically comatose during my sleep. He thinks my sleep apnea might end up being even more of a problem with my sleeping. We still don't know how I wake up consistently after each deep sleep. Any of my nighttime rests could have me comatose in a hospital room.

I have a family member with a rare 12p11.23 chromosome deletion. As far as his doctors know, nobody in the world has this specific deletion. He is missing 505k of this gene. They don't know what that means (what it does), because the science has not caught up with the technology yet. He has speech, sensory, & a feeding (chewing/swallowing) disorder, but he is highly intelligent and very affectionate....a little too affectionate sometimes. He is also an extreme extrovert, crazy about music & dancing, and loves having his picture taken.

I don't think its rare or anything but I have Intentional Tremors, but I wouldn't say I'm suffering from it as I've lived with it all my life

Yeah, I have tremors and I don't consider myself suffering from it too because its just shaking. I find it helps with gaming (pressing buttons really fast) and warming one self up during winter. Also, its probably useful IN other places (girls - with the vibrating hand/fingers and all) LOL :P

EDIT: Yeah, obviously I'm a virgin...

It's probably not a rare disease, but I have this thing called eczema where I'm lacking amino acids so my skin gets dry & itchy easily. I mean, I don't look like a walking piece of wood or anything but yeah, lol. Usually comes about the most during dry seasons such as winter and summer.
