Just wanna throw my support in the ring!
I wouldn't be surprised at all to hear Crunchyroll is already working on an app for Wii U (who knows), but regardless, please make it happen O-Crunchyroll-lawdies!
The Gamepad is wonderfully suited for browsing through anime media-- and if you could develop the app to make things like forum-posting and profile-viewing visible while anime streams on the TV.. I'd gladly nominate you for app of the year. Heck, I'd pay for that.

I'd like to have a Wii U app as well for Crunchyroll. My nephew keeps using my Netflix account and I'm not a big fan of Hulu - let alone Amazon Instant Video. The YouTube app on it is pretty inconvenient since I'd rather watch the videos through the gamepad as well.
