I know many people have had different methods for relaxing mine has always been by drinking herbal tea or hot chocolate, or playing Bejeweled.
How do you unwind, and how does it help you afterwards?

-Take a shower or a bath
-have some candy or dessert
-pop music that makes me jump
anything that keeps people away and drama-free

Tactical Breathing.
In through the nose, two, three, four.
Hold two, three, four.
Out through the lips two, three, four.
Hold two, three, four.
It should be done at least 4x times. I find it most effective with my eyes closed.
There are other ways of breathing to relax also.
