oooo i watched this! it kinda scared me... but all at the same time... i felt really sorry for both parties. im pretty sure there's a lot of people who make fake profiles of themselves - be it a cautionary action, or to escape from their realities - and the internet makes that possible. what's really unfortunate is the fact that he actually had feelings for her, and she wasnt anything that she said she was :(. i would be so heart broken...
i have a game friend who made a fake facebook profile of herself. then when she told me she was moving to canada, she decided to reveal her true identity - because i suggested that we hang out. i wasnt particularly heart broken or disappointed, but i can imagine how it would be like if she were, say, my love interest for example. i would feel like everything was a lie.

Yeah, I watched the program too. I'm of pretty the same opinion - it is sad to see how people lie online or make fake profiles, etc. I'm not 100% sure what can be achieved from this. Plus, it is pretty scary of what the eventual outcome may be.
That said - the program is a great watch and I'm looking forward to a further series
