It will play one day, and then the next, I'm getting the black screen where the video should be. Mind you, I can still see it on my PC, but I'd like to be able to see it on all my devices. I sent in a complaint before, and they had said, 'I see that you were able to watch the video. Is everything alright?' I told them, I watched the show on my PC. Then, out of nowhere, it was fine. This past Saturday, I was able to see my shows in my Mac, and then, yesterday, I couldn't see them at all, just the black screen where the video should be. I'd try playing the different resolutions, nothing. still black. I at times I travel with my Mac, so I'd like to be able to see my shows on the go. That is why I'm concerned. So, if anyone out there has any issues watching it on a MacBook, were you able to get around it? And how? Any advice would be of great help!

frequentbeef 28016 cr points Send Message: 33 / M Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 1/1/13 I run into trouble on my Mac, but I haven't run into that issue. I use Chrome to watch videos - have you tried a different browser? What kind of Mac are you using?
