Update 4: I just tried playing D.C episode 2 on my PS3 and it error on me after I queue it from my 360. The result was that it not only didn't play but crash my PS3 too, you're telling me I'm paying $11 for this?

I doubt a moderator would agree. I also don't see how it was relevant to "Why did you get your Crunchryoll anime membership?" (not relevant to reporting a problem) and "Sorry, this video is not available in your region" (clearly not the problem since you reported the same series were available on another device).
Regardless of the terminology, you originally posted to more than 4 topics, including creating topics in the Premium Members and Help/Support/Feedback sections (despite the appropriate support topic existing in the latter).
What kind of forum do you think we would have if every person that had a problem felt they had the right to post it to half a dozen or more topics?

Yeah, but what they don't tell you is that you need an Xbox Live account to use it. I have an xbox 360 but I don't do any online gaming so there is no need for one. I'm not about to pay for a Live account just to watch crunchyroll on my xbox when I already pay for a premium Crunchyroll account to watch on my computer. I also own a Wii which you don't have to pay any extra to be online. So I'm with all those Wii users out there. Make your next app for the Wii!

I understand requiring a Gold (XBL) membership to watch, as anything accessing the internet on Xbox Live requires that...but what I do not understand is why it's not possible to watch CR with commercials with a normal membership. This is possible with my Roku, but not my Xbox--and I can't fathom why.

Keep in mind the PS3 app also requires a premium membership to do more than view sample episodes. I also saw one person report that the Window Phone app did as well, but I haven't seen anyone else confirm that.
There could be a number of reasons for this, but my theory is that Crunchyroll saw these new apps as a good way to drive premium memberships.
They certainly wouldn't be alone. Hulu has always required a Hulu Plus paid subscription to view on anything other than a computer. With Funimation, their phone and tablet apps give only sample episodes for free, and you have the option of paying for the app and getting more (I think the same as you can access on the website for free), or paying a premium membership for full access. The situation with their Roku app is similar, but there is no middle "pay for the app and get what you could get on the website for free" option.

Mmmm, I see what you're saying. Personally I feel like offering some of the shows with commercials would have been a great way to let people get into anime that haven't already--but I guess that's what we have the website for.

There is no code. You enter your username and password just like you would if you were logging onto Crunchyroll from a computer.
