Seems to work ok, one thing I did find rather annoying was the selection of the screens once you choose a show. I could never tell which part I was on as the colour of the outline didn't stand out enough, perhaps my tv who knows. A stronger colour would help this :P. Also if anyone can confirm, does the 360 app show in 720 or higher?

I am having issue with buffering constantly in the evening. Yesterday between around 7PM CST and 11PM CST the shows were buffering like mad. Every minute or so. Rest of the time I watched they were fine. No buffering at all. This evening is the samething. 7PM hit and now its just more buffering every minute or so..... I had my modem directly plugged into my xbox and still major buffering every minute or so. I put everything back to type this....

I am wondering if its the bandwidth on their end. Like maybe they didnt expect this many people to pull streams or something.

Oh and other content apps I am having no buffering issues with at all right now..... but crunchyroll still buffering constantly.....

When I first heard about this coming to the Xbox 360, I got really happy that I can finally watch more Bleach and other anime shows that aren't on netflix. Today it finally launched and I was a happy camper until I found out that I can't watch Bleach because I don't have Premium. So I went to watch other shows like Sword Art Online and I couldn't because of the Premium thing. So I thought I need Premium to even watch these shows on my laptop but to my amusement, you don't. I can watch most of Sword Art Online and various other anime's without a Premium Membership on this website but not on the app? That's messed up. It doesn't make sense to have a series free to watch by everyone on the website but make everyone need a membership in order to watch a series on the app.

Sorry this is a long read but I am really disappointed.

Given that the PS3 app also required premium to view anything other than sample episodes, no one (that was paying attention) should have been surprised that the XBOX app has the same requirement.

Keep in mind that Hulu requires you to pay to watch on any device. Funimation has similar restrictions on their apps (i.e., unlike CR, you have even more limited access to programming on the Roku than on the website, and getting similar access on their iOS and Android apps requires at least paying for the app itself).

Anyone else finding the Xbox app likes to skip ahead every now and again and lose a few seconds of video?

I worked out what's causing it to skip forwards (and sometimes backwards too). It's when it's having bandwidth difficulties and switches between stream quality. This is common to most Xbox video apps but in every other app, it's seamless. In CrunchRoll, not so much.

One to add to your bug list guys.

I was wondering if the ps3 app was free to watch or not. That makes me feel a little better because it's fair. I guess since it's easier and better to watch shows on a TV compared to a laptop or desktop computer, the console app will only allow Premium users to stream shows. The better it is, the more people will have to pay. Thanks for the answer.

So wait you need Premium to watch Anime shows like SAO? Because I have Premium, but I will be cancelling it to get just the Anime Membership.

Premium refers to All-Access, Anime and Drama membership as a whole. If you switch to Anime then you will not lose any premium membership features with anime just for Drama. So you can watch it just fine with the Anime membership.

CR only has the streaming rights to stream episodes of Fairy Tail for 30 days. After that they must remove the episodes from the website.

Is there a way to change the language? The internet company I have is based where I currently live (Puerto Rico) so I think the Crunchyroll App is automatically subbing in Spanish. Problem is...I haven't learned it yet...
