Sorry that I haven't popped in recently!
Things have been increasingly busy with the release of the Xbox app, our Store and adding the ability to contact us directly from the iOS apps. Okay, so I am midway through the second month of this 'Premium' account on my xbox, and I have to say I am pretty livid. My connection is perfect, I have no other problems with any of the other streaming video apps on the 360. I was excited for this app because it had a lot of dramas that I couldn't find on netflix, or anywhere else really. The CR app worked for literally the first day, and the first day only, and continually buffers and crashes EVERY TIME since then, and that's even if I can get past the log-in phase. I could really understand if this was a free service, but the fact that I've shelled out 12 bucks for pretty much nothing else but a non-functional widget on my home screen TWICE really pisses me off. Whether it's a server issue, an encode issue, or what--this is pretty unacceptable. I've tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but this is too much. CR is not getting a hat trick out of me; I'm cancelling this 'premium subscription' today. I hope CR gets its act together soon.

I'm going to let this last month run out (that I was already charged for 3 days ago) so that on the off chance that the service starts to stop having so many hiccups, I'll be able to try and enjoy the little time is left on it. If the app for the 360 gets to a better functional status, I might join again then, but for now...

I'm have the same problem on my xbox 360 that i keep getting a log in error that just says "the data retrieved the request was malformed" what am I supposed to do to fix this??
