Mine I think[thought] was because I'm using wireless and am a tad away.

I am however not sure what the de ja vu and sometimes going back a few seconds in video. my colby tv is showing 1080p

Big thing I don't like is
1. not having a preferred language (I'm o.k with CC but I'd like my vids in english by option if there is a version avail). I'm a premium member and trying to catch up with shows and I'd like the option

2. Maybe an in view option if I stopped midway (so I don't have to go into queue to select)
3. I found my self grumping with the auto jump to next vid and have yet to see the timer to next if it is in there (Maybe there can be a title page "Now showing:&show &episode" as it rolls over in users language).

I may also have to work around that my tv only supports pcm and the audio sounds "puffy" with my current show vangaurd but it seemed fine on laptop and phone(may just be crappy voice to mic causing it).

Thanks for any thoughts.

Also having issues with constant buffering in the evenings. It makes shows nearly impossible to watch. My connection is wired, double tested and works fine with no issues at all with other XBox streaming apps like Youtube and Netflix. This is an issue with the servers and/or bandwidth being used by CR. Please fix this. I signed up for premium mostly for use on my XBox, and I won't be paying for a service that doesn't work properly in the most common time people want to use it.

I find it disheartening that CR peeps seem to keep ignoring the people posting about this issue, while responding to others. Fix the problem with constant buffering in peak times. It is on your end, and your paying customers, which you are soon to lose, are not happy.

I don't have these issues with the Xbox, but I have the exact same issues for the PS3. Although the Xbox for me won't go above 1 connection bar for some reason, even though I get HD on Hulu and Netflix for both consoles. Two more days on my free trial and I will most likely cancel it.

I'm sorry that I haven't been able to hop in here and answer every single inquiry.

Please know that I do collect data and work with the engineers to troubleshoot behind the scenes on a whole. (Even at 10 PM on Christmas Eve.)

We are aware of the current playback issues some users are encountering and we are investigating them.

The majority of our content is Japanese Voiceacting with English Subtitles.
This is because our bread and butter is what is currently airing on television in Japan.

I'll pass your suggestions along to Development as well.

As far as the sound, are you using surround sound? Can you give me more info?

My TV seems to have the option of pcm and raw and its currently set to pcm though my xbox is set to dolby with wma(3rd selection). I don't have any indicator on my xbox whether I'm getting hd stream or less though I'd think since my tv's info button shows 1080p I shiuld be getting something close.

I might be using surround but I think I have it set to movie mode since when I first loaded up it was set to music.

I had a vauge idea what raw meant so I left the TV on pcm.

need help im unable to watch all videos on all devices xbox,playstation,android... on wifi but if i switch to 4g on my android phone im able to watch all shows.

Still having lots of picture quality problems with the Xbox app. I have no problem streaming HD from the CR website, or from other apps on the Xbox, but CR Xbox looks *awful* It's at best SD (2 bars of signal if I bring up the info bar), but it often drops down to 1 bar which is simply unwatchable. I don't think I've ever seen the Xbox app do HD.

Looks like you have a major capacity issue or something.

Looks like it is a load balancing problem or just not enough bandwidth toward the Xbox community. If the problems worsen around peak hour, its all on their end. Is their a disclaimer anywhere regarding this? If not, how do we obtain our money back?

Only reason I started up premium was to watch it on the Xbox hooked up to a TV. But with no progress on the problem at hand, I believe refunds are the next step. Doesn't even seem that CR is accredited through BBB. Looks to be a rip-off for we consumers.

Tower of Druaga Aegis of Uruk episode ones has the subtitles so far down they are cut off by the bottom of the screen. I tried chamging the aspect ratio on my tv and the subs were still obscured. This problem does not occur on the iOS app.
Addendum: all the other episodes in the series have this problem as well.

If I recall correctly, that series has hard subs (meaning they are part of the video, and not easily adjusted by CR).

They appear at the very bottom of the display, which means they get cut off if your display overscans. If you have an old CRT TV, there isn't much you can do. If you have a flat panel (LCD, plasma, etc.), check the setup menu to see if overscanning can be turned off.

Overscanning is simply ridiculous when dealing with HD sources, but some HDTV manufacturers still set it as the default.

Sorry if this issue has been discussed, but I was unable to find it anywhere, and I have emailed somebody but no response, but my question is that if I were to only have half of the premium account, would i still be able to use the xbox app or do i need to pay for both?

I noticed this problem when I was watching episode 1 the other day. I was still able to read (almost all of) them, but it didn't pop up with any other videos.
