Not quite sure what you did. It looks like you cancelled recurring payments and prepaid for a month of Anime.

I've just cancelled and refunded that charge.

Can you please do the same steps again? I think because there was the difference in the two plans this caused the same unlink thing again.

Also, what kind of buffering issues? Are you on Wired or Wi Fi? Can you tell me if Wired works better (if you're on Wi Fi?)

I'm trying this on a free trial premium account. The annoying thing is that I can watch all Shippuden episodes on the PC but on the XBOX, it's restricted to what has been subtitled in French, I.E seasons 1 and 12.

Is there no way to bypass that ? I don't mind having english subtitles, but I DO mind jumping from season 1 to season 12 !

I's even worse than I thought... On the XBOX, I just have access to parts of 4 anime series. That's it. Only what has been subtitled in French. And If I try to access a serie that's empty, the app immediately crashes.

If there is no way to change that setting, it's useless. On the IPad, you can change languages in the settings, why not on XBOX ?

I turn on my xbox and sign in to my profile.
I go to the pinned apps, hover over Crunchyroll, and press X to bring up the details.
I delete the app and turn off my xbox.

I select Crunchyroll from my pins and it prompts me to download it again.
I download it again and sign in to Crunchyroll
I exit Crunchyroll and turn off my xbox
I turn my xbox back on and attempt to open Crunchyroll.
It demands my login information.

Can you try changing the setting here:

To 'English (US)'.

After that can you reload the app and let me know if this works.

I am now having the same issues with the app asking for login each time. Not a major issue, as it only takes a few seconds to get through, but it's worth reporting that it's happening.

OK! So I had uninstalled/re-installed the app and cleared the device associated with my account. Right now it seems to have saved the authentication so I'll report back tomorrow if it suddenly drops it again. In regards to the buffering I am on a wired connection with around 50 Mbps/25Mbps U/D so the speed should be fine.

What's odd about the buffering is whenever I encounter it now I just hit B to back out of the video and then A to immediately resume it and it starts right back up prior to the buffering part but doesn't need to buffer the 2nd time around. As for a specific time, I generally am using the app late at night around 2-5 a.m. EST so I'm not sure if that's just a peak server time or if it has anything to do with it. Thanks for the replies.

Gah! Now I can't watch any videos >.<

Even though I'm still on the all-access trial now CrunchyRoll thinks I'm no or something so it won't me watch anything but the basic content. I'm going to re-prepay I guess cause I need to finish these episodes. Baker, I'm putting my trust in you, fix teh servers and make CR the best anime app out there!

Edit: I checked check my account status and for some reason it has me listed as having a "Drama Membership" O.O

Not sure how that even happened but I can't manage to switch back to Anime, nooooooooooooooo

Hey everyone!

Wanted to follow up on the Log In issues.

There was an issue & we had to log everyone out of the app.
At this point, please try the following.

1. Log out of the app on your Xbox.
2. Go to the following link: https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=devices
3. Deactivate the listed Xbox.
4. Log into the app again on your Xbox.

If you continue to have problems, please let me know!

Soo, since last night I've been getting that the Crunchyroll Servers are unavailable on my xbl account...why?
