I know it was said elsewhere, but...The ability to talk with our readers (and to know we have readers) would be a good thing.
Also...I think it'd be helpful if the way the reader worked changed. It's troublesome as a reader (and as a writer re-reading their work on the site) to have to go through every chapter to get to the last one when there are many. And when you click on volume 3, for example, you still end up at the start of volume 1. So....That might be helpful if that were fixed up a bit .
EDIT: I was just looking at my comic again to reread it, and I finally noticed that if you click on the volume's arrow and then choose a chapter, it does bring you to that chapter properly...So the main issue is just clicking directly on a volume and being sent to the first one. Sorry for any confusion. I never noticed the arrows. -slow-

Make a genre search filter. One that is not too specific for example not "samurai" but "historical". A comic that has many genres applied to it and stuff.

in general the interface of the adding manga series/vol/ch/page needs to be simpler and a save feature (where u stopped reading and u can save till that point and start reading the later parts) and also we need a page for us the writers we we can post blogs or random illustration not related to our manga for example and this might sound odd but i wish to change my user name to my pen name or the artist could have a different profile/user name page than normal users, i do wish we can make some money based on the traffic on our work as well

There should definitely be categories of manga and a search capability! If we were also able to see which works were finished and which are unfinished that would be helpful. A bookmark feature like mentioned in the comment above would also be nice, but I don't see it as a priority.
Also I would like to request that there is an informational panel, sidebar, tab, or page about Crunchyroll Comics somewhere. It would be very helpful to all potential and current users to have a little basic information about what Crunchyroll Comics is, where the Comics come from, how they are organized, and what to expect from the site in the future.
Also I want to say that I am super excited about this! I love being able to go to Crunchyroll and get so many otaku needs fulfilled ^__^

OOh and Better placement of the comics link on the main crunchyroll page!
Currently you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and look for a tiny link that say Comics. There should be a link up on the top bar between Shows and News or News and Forums. If it hadn't been for the recent ComiPo-Crunchyroll promotion I still won't know Crunchyroll had comics.

As both a comic and manga reader, I'd like to say I'd prefer to see comics introduced to the website.
They're much mroe scarce and difficult to find as far as "popularity" goes. I live in a remote area and limited to what I am capable of getting my hands on.
If I were able to actually READ comics on Crunchyroll, my support would be that much greater.
