I usually only get angry when i do something bad my mum compares to other people and says why can't you be like them and when i'm better than someone they won't say anything except "Good work" i'm like is that it and when i do bad i get lectured for the whole week |

I try not to let things get to me. I just laugh it off most of the time. Otherwise, if I'm sick, sleepy, or in a poor mood, I ignore the "anger causer" and just continue to move on like a sad, worn-out robot. |
