It depends on the situation, but generally I don't get pissed off easily.
I'm a pretty calm, patient, and understanding person.
I put myself in that person's other shoe and think about how they might feel before I go on getting mad at them.

It depends. If I'm having a REALLY BAD day, them my self-control goes down. Most of the time, I just shrug it off. Getting mad won't fix most problems.
