I see a woman who is bald and yet beautiful as she stands in solidarity with those facing disease.

Also - for those that do not like what they see - why do you not actively do something to change it? I'm always interested to hear why we do not change something for the better. Maybe it's fear of change, fear of the work required, fear of the unknown, laziness, or lack of know-how. So maybe an add-on question - but if you could change what you see - what would you change and why haven't you?
