Broke my arm as kid trying to put a see saw on a slide and slide down it.

Broke my foot as a teen on my motorcycle.

Fractured my knuckles and broke the little bones in my hands MANY times from fighting.

Broke my wrist on my snowboard.

Have all sorts of scars from the crazy crap I used to do when i was younger. Im still young but getting older and my body just doesn;t quite take the abuse like it used to.

Only bone I have ever broke was my arm in 6th grade during school. The real kicker was they wouldn't let me leave school to go to the hospital. Other than that I tore the ligaments in my right knee, which was by far worse.

Unforeseen accidents are for morons. If you get hit by a drunk driver, it's not because he was intoxicated, it's because you were a moron.

IQ much?

Stop getting attacked, crashing or being crashed into, or all those other things that happen to those with low IQs to cause broken bones.

I'm sure he meant that he leads a healthy lifestyle and diet, which helps reduce the risk of bone breakage. I have never broken a bone and I have been in 4 accidents in my life, 2 of which were serious where either the car flipped or it was totaled. I highly doubt that was just sheer luck.

I broke my ankle slipping on ice while J-walking in front of a hospital across Main Street once. I preceded to walk the rest of the 2 kms home shrugging it off as "Ow, I twisted my ankle."

Yes, eating healthy turns your bones into adamantium.

I had never broken a bone until I was 29, and I did way too many stupid and dangerous things. Many fights, stupid bike tricks, retarded stunts, ect. Sometimes it is sheer luck, but bones are more resilient than most people believe. I finally ended up with a boxer's fracture when some guy tipped his noggin and I caught his forehead.

Some people are born with weak bones, some are born with strong ones, but they're all capable of breaking under the right(or wrong) circumstances.
Sure, you can make them stronger by altering your diet, but they're still breakable. It's not like you're increasing their density by 5000%. After all, even cows break bones and I'm pretty sure their bones are a lot tougher than yours.

Anyone who says you only break bones doing stupid things or from a poor diet is an idiot. Iv broken countless fingers playing cricket and thats not an especially violent sport at all, few rips here and there for the same reason. Other than that the odd toe and thats all I've broken bone wise.

Busted my head open, twice, when I was around 5 or 6..
- I don't remember everything, I only know that I was chasing some chickens and then suddenly I woke up on my mom's lap with a weird feeling in my head.

Broke my left arm 11 years ago.
- Gym class at school, we had a exercise to jump high as possible with a trampoline. Normally you would land on the soft cushion. But I landed on the hard floor with my elbow.

Dislocated my right shoulder 2 years ago.
- My shoulder muscles were really overused that day. But I still wanted to play some basketball. In a fast-break I didn't expect my teammate to pass it, so I reacted with a second and reached out my arm. Then I had a feeling my muscle tore a bit, but I thought it was nothing. After a few pick up games that evening, the last game I blocked the ball but I felt the recoil so bad. I heard my muscle tear again. And then after a few minutes I wanted to go for the rebound and then my shoulder suddenly dislocated in mid-air. And since then my shoulder was really loose. It has already been dislocated 7 times, I'm finally resting now. The doctor told me not to get it dislocated this year, or else I have to undergo a surgery.

Broke my right big toe 2 months ago
- This, I don't remember. I woke up and saw that my white sock had red stains. According to friends, after clubbing I kicked a brick into 2 pieces.

Let me repeat, "... a healthy lifestyle and diet helps reduce the risk of bone breakage." Clearly that means your bones are rendered into a fictitious metal, or, at the very least, unbreakable. Learn some tact before you put words in my mouth.

I broke a few in my right hand because I had a rather heated argument with my dad. I realized what I was doing mid swing so I turned and hit the cabinet, which would have been fine except instead of simply punching through I had hit where one of the shelf's was.. That was unpleasant.
