Everything after the author learned about the cancellation was extremely rushed.. The highly anticipated Tsuna vs Jager fight was a disgrace, not to mention the Bermuda fight.. I do like the secrets about Checkerface & Yuni, and I believe the arc could have ended amazingly if it had more chapters.. But no... REBORN got axed because the fangirls don't like seeing their ladyfap material getting holes punched through them..

For me, I was already a little out of my Reborn obsession by the Rainbow Arc - mostly because of the other stuff I was following. Then, right as I began losing interest in the manga, the whole manga seemed to lose interest in itself. And it wasn't pretty. Over all, the manga started with the non-serious Daily Life Arc and ended with an equally silly last few chapters. Yes, I'm a little disappointed, but I think I actually subconsciously suspected something like this happening before it even started. And now when I look back on it, I always have to ask myself a few questions: Was KHR worth all the hype? Did I like the plot? Did it seem like a well-planned story? Or was I simply jumping onto a bandwagon when hot bishies got introduced?

I liked how Tsuna's love for Reborn was tested in the final arc. The battles on the other hand were mediocre for a final arc (except for Jager ripping off everyone's limbs, that was cool ) The way it ended wasn't terrible by any means, I just don't think the Rainbow Arc should have been the final arc for many reasons. For example, it would've been much more appealing, in my opinion, to expand the story to the rest of the Mafia world for a while leading up to a huge mafia war or something like that. It's just like, Tsuna just becomes the boss (for sure) in the last chapter and...that's it. I guess Akira Amano wanted more of a coming-of-age story rather than going past that point to reach extreme epicness, which the series definitely had the capability of doing. It's a shame it's over, but it was a good run. Could have been a better run because of the ending, but nevertheless, a good run

narutopiratekingreborn 897 cr points Send Message: 15 / M Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 12/28/12 no im not sattisfied stuff still needed to be answered like who was kawahiras daughter that ipin talked about ...but i think that they will continue the manga because in the last chapter reborn tells tsuna tht "HE WILL BE KNOWN AS NEO PRIMO."... i think that the one shot akira amano is doing is the continuation of katekyo hitman reborn in a new title suh as KATEKYO HITMAN REBORN: NEO PRIMO GENERATION or sumthin along that line i really wanted more info on 20 years later lambo and about the other vongola bosses... the last chapter dident feel like an ednding it felt like a beggining. MAYBE AKIRA IS KEEPING HER ONE SHOT UNTITLED UNTILL SHE SUBMITS IT BECAUSE SHE IS CONTINUING REBORN AND SHE ENDED THE FIRST REBORN 2 GET MORE FANS AND GET REBORNS NAME BACK IN THE MANGA WORLD AGAIN U NEVER KNW UNTILL SHE SUBMITS IT BUT THS WAT I THINK

There were still quite a few unanswered questions, and characters who were hinted at being awesome, but really never got the chance to be. For example, why does the Chervello family have dozens of tan skinned pink haired girls who wear masks? What do they do, and why are they always judges? Why are the members so replaceable, and why did they give the ring to Byakuran? In the final arc, Lambo was in only one chapter. He hardly got any character development. There's more but I'm just going to stop here. The ending left a bitter taste in my mouth.
