I really loved the first season, i loved its mystery, its confusion, its everything.
The only thing i regret about it is that it didnt have a deep enough romance.

I would really love to see a season 2, with more of a romance and continuation of ergo proxy( Vincent law) leetness.

what are you thoughts on this? Would you like to see a second season?

i have watched the anime 6 times.

I liked when i first started watching it because it was different and weird, but it lost my intrest at a certian point because it seemed like that last few episodes were rushed or something. Anyways if you liked that one then you will probably like texhnolyze. It almost seem exactly like ergo proxy. It is quiet and confusing but i enjoyed it. I liked it better then ergo proxy actually. You should check it out.

The ending was all crammed into the last three episodes, that's why it felt rushed. Texhnolyze is a beautiful show, ironic given its content. Very dark and serene, full of heavy violence and symbolism. Serial Experiments Lain, also by the same people as Texhnolyze, is a good one as well. All three are examples of the Cyberpunk genre with films like: The Matrix, Blade Runner, Ghost in the Shell, and Akira as other notable mentions.

I think the ending was great enough, without the need for a second season showing some sort of slice of life setting with Vince and his new surrogate family. Although now that I think of it, it could be actually quite interesting even for just watching little Pino again

This anime was originally released in 2006 . I saw it back then.

Old anime like this rarely gets a second chance.I dont think it was even popular either .

6 times!

Well it's kinda old to resurrect but i wish they finished Deadman Wonderland, what is the deal with Shiro? -.-

Didn't sell well I guess. Had too much hype and people were too disappointed.

I liked it, but its kinda like Code Geass, if you were to expand the main story past the point it ended you would ruin it, it would turn out to be some slice of life comedy or another side story that has nothing to do with the main story except being in the same universe.

I liked the ending it was also pretty conclusive so I dont see how they could make s2 without a negative impact on the plot.

I wouldn't mind a season 2 but it wasn't a masterpiece imo. I liked some of the themes and visuals though. Oh, and that filler episode involving the quiz show was fucking hilarious.
