I would have to say that Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1974 is the most terrifying. But my favorite would have to be Nightmare on Elm Street. I really enjoy watching horror movies with major psychological tones and thrilling factors. So of course I like all Saw movies. Also Candyman, Dracula, Pet Cemetery, Children of the Corn, Thinner, and many many other classics.

The only horror film I can handle is "The Descent". It had a mix of adventure and friendship, with pop ups haha. That's about the scariest thing I've watched and actually liked. There were sequels, but the sequels weren't as good. The movie is basically about this woman who experienced a traumatic car accident that took the lives of her daughter and husband. After recovering from her physical injuries, her girlfriends decided to have an adventure together via cave exploration... and it goes from there. Very good movie! I definitely recommend.

I own both on DVD.

I must say I could watch it over and over again without getting sick of it (mainly the first one)
What's better than a group of female friends going on an adventure and meeting a new creature?
plus kicking some ass.. ha

love it.

I couldn't even get through this movie lol. It seemed like a rip off from "Save the Last Dance", but singing version instead of dancing. That's not why I couldn't watch it though. It was just really bad. Mariah should just stay a singer...

The Last Days On Mars, was actually a pretty good horror movie for what it was. Plenty of decent actors and the scenes were pretty cool.

You liked that movie?? If it wasn't for the fact that the actors in the movie were so superb, I would have fell asleep. But I think Grave Encounters and Sinister were my favorite horror movies. Gawd, I hope they make a Sinister 2.

It's the most modern like I have for horror, mostly because they dont really get to me. Now there are others that have been really good that I enjoyed.

Phantasms and Event Horizon were decent flicks for both psychological and physical terror upon the characters of the movie.
