As a guy... not trying to seem shallow or insensitive or w/e, I think natural is better and I like big breasts.... I wish there was a way to say that without somehow seeming like a pervert but it's true... (probably too late after some of the anime i've watched anyway) they look better, and personally as a former fat person it hurts my self esteem to be with some one who doesn't have a bigger chest. If you're a man and proud of it, then of course you want to be as manly as you can, it's the ideal. Do women go for weak, not confident-lacking-in-self-esteem, short & stubby men? (some do but fetish ppl aside *lol*) So why should men not be more excited about women who are close to what they believe an ideal woman is?

In short, we want what we don't got and real is better (unless it's a-cup), but fake is also ok if it looks real.
in the end though boobs are boobs so it's all good.

Not in all cases. you don't read other people's posts do you. Not all breast surgeries are for the reasons you describe.

Natural breasts look and feel better. I don't like plastic surgery in general.

They have surgery for those too. as well as silicone abs to give guys a fake 'six pack' then there's all the surgeries and other products for noses eyes, body hair, hair colour, wrinkles, acne... etc.

It's not just women and it's not just their chests. The fear of being 'ugly' is a license to print money.

lol i dont see anything wrong with big fake tits or a nice fake ass.... as long as there not overly large like these women that are 4'11 with triple F's and stuff looks gross
