:1 I'll hate the fact if someone were to call me "mommy"

Yeah, I'll pass

He is not my Father, and that's just gross.

Some men call their lover "momma." More so in the past, but, like women who call their's daddy, they're still out there.

Gotta admit, that made me laugh a bit. ^_^

I've wanted to give that nickname to a guy if I ever dated again, but now I lost interest in it.

All the time.

It's a kink thing, personally. There's also the underlying daddy issues I had as a child, but hey, not the place to dig that up.

True, my parents still use both of those names, but they are of that older generation, and neither grew up in the US. I note this, because it seems to be more common in certain cultures, while in the US it's taken a somewhat negative (or at least, leaning toward sexual) connotation. In my opinion, my parents use both terms in much the same way many parents used to refer to each other as "Father" and "Mother" in front of the kids in the US. I know some still do that as well, but it's far less common than it was.

I had one that called me big brother. Now THAT was odd.

That is completely disgusting. Yeah, they must have father issues and/or an Electra complex...
^There are no more emoticons that can describe how I feel about this.

Well, it's better than being called darling, I guess.

Eh? What's wrong with darling? I'd think it were cute if the girl said it to the guy in a playful way, haha.

No. Makes me wonder what their daddy did to them growing up.
