Both, but I can't drink coffee anymore.  I used to drink something called Postum, but it was discontinued. Now I drink something similar called Kafree or Roastaroma tea when I crave the coffee-like taste. I drink all kinds of tea, but my favorite is Darjeeling tea. Whether or not I add sugar or cream depends on the kind of tea I drink. I add both though in my "coffee". I love hot drinks, hot cocoa too....except in the summer, if I'm outdoors.

I just recently developed a love for coffee, but with cream and sugar of course.

Coffee really loosens me up. Tea is very refreshing. Either is a great source of the beneficiary nutrient caffeine.

I don't like either.
I haven't tried many kinds of coffee, though. Only black coffee, really, which is gross. I may attempt some other kinds later in life.
And some friends have been trying to get me to try some Asian teas, which, they say, are better than the English teas I've tried before. I dunno. |

I'm a tea person. I especially like green tea...or mint, lemon or berry. But green tea with lemon is my favorite. I personally don't add sugar or anything to my tea because I like it slightly on the bitter side.
Ironically, I can't drink coffee unless my cup is like...20 percent coffee, and then 80 percent milk and coffee creamer. I despise the taste of coffee unless it's really just a hint.
