Tea, loose leaf only, brewed at the appropriate temperature for the type
Blacks, 192 (or less sometimes) for 2-3 mins
Greens 180 for 2 mins
Whites 175 for 2 mins or less
Green, Red Rooibos 195 or higher at least 5 mins
Mate (instead of coffee), Chai and various flavored blends, herbals 195 3-5 mins
Sounds picky but it is actually easy if you have a Zoijirushi water heater (4 liters) and a Teavana "Perfec Tea maker" (16 oz), and use the timer on your stove or microwave.
The flavored teas (with fruit pieces) from Teavana are especially good and don't really need sugar, but if you like it sweeter, you can add rock sugar or honey. The green I prefer is called "fruta bomba" and the black is Earl Grey creme (a hint of vanilla).
There are so many varieties of teas that it's difficult to choose sometimes.

The smell of coffee makes me sick. Its because I OD'ed on caffene from drinking too many coffees in a short amount of time. So its Tea for me, white no sugar, or black, no sugar. I'll drink the odd Mocha, though as the chocolate disguises the taste of the coffee fairly well
